Very effective

i had been using the 750mg oil around bed time. This sleep blend was really good though. Not only did it relax me and my mind it actually got me blinky and ready to go to bed a lot quicker after I took it than I expected. Stayed asleep the whole way through the night on all 3 days of my test size and I work up really refreshed. I slept so soundly I didn't move and laid on my ear weird and it hurt a lil when I woke up. This is definitely going to be in my next purchase.

Fantastic

It works beautifully. I didnt even take the whole serving size and it worked well. the down side is it has a very strong licorice taste . it could just be me because i have a strong sense of taste thats my only complaint. I also have sleep issues and use to take melatonin until it gave me very bad reactions. This has replaced it and doesnt give me any of the bad things as long as i have bee taking it which is a little over a week.

I really love this stuff.
